How to contribute to our vision
- You will support our growing OF PPM team as a team assistant; depending on your qualifications, you will be entrusted with additional project-related tasks, e.g. preparation of project presentations for managers, planning of big events;
- You will be responsible for planning and organizing internal and external meetings and events;
- You will organize business trips at home and abroad for all managers and take care of visa procurement, travel expense accounting, etc;
- You will plan and monitor appointments for your superiors, including room bookings and catering;
- You will provide support in personal and administrative matters;
- You will create catalogue and free text orders in Ariba Guided Buying/SAP and take care of the workflow;
- You are responsible for the training of new employees as well as for the processing of employee departures.
- You are the contact person for colleagues from abroad, e.g. Denmark, who regularly visit the Hamburg site.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…
- It would be preferable to have a business-related bachelor’s degree, but we also accept a vocational training as an office management assistant;
- Professional experience in a similar function would be a plus but it is not mandatory;
- Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential;
- Good knowledge of the Office package (especially PowerPoint) and Outlook;
- Knowledge of Siemens-specific tools, e.g. for travel booking and accounting would be a plus;
- You are available to travel at least twice per year to Denmark;
- You work independently, but also enjoy working in a multicultural and dynamic team;
- You are able to set priorities and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
