As HR Operations Manager (all genders) you will be part of the wider People & Organization Function to do epic things. TheHR Services team in the center of excellence for all services relating to the employee life cycle such as the administration of any kind of documents, Compensation and Benefits, Time and attendance registration, Employee advisory and Payroll.

In your role you’ll be working in a team of 6 individuals with a focus on continuously improving our processes to support our growth and internationalization efforts. You will contribute to strategic projects such as, but not limited to, document and payroll automation, the set-up of new entities and the implementation of new systems (ticket system, relocation system etc.)

Your duties
  • You will be responsible for all employee lifecycle related enquiries and be the first contact for all employee enquiries.

  • You will work with internal cross-functional teams and external delivery partners to develop process and system improvements.

  • You will be responsible for process optimisation and improvement in payroll and administration.

  • You will be the first point of escalation for the People Operations Team members.

  • Supporting projects and initiatives across the P&O function (setting up new foreign units and process automation, etc.) is also part of your job.

Your profile
  • You have5+ years of professional experience in the field of People Operations/HR Administration.
  • High motivation to ensure a highly satisfying employee experience as well as strong intercultural communication skills characterize you.
  • You have a proactive, precise and independent way of working and manage competing priorities with ease.
  • You are able to deal with complex, ambiguous situations and have good judgment and critical thinking.
  • Know-how in dealing with HCM systems (Personio) and Excel (xverweis, pivot...), as well as business fluent English skills in spoken and written (other language skills such as German, Portuguese or Romanian are a plus, but not a prerequisite) round off your profile.
