Anti Financial Crime (AML) Operations Trainer

About the opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Anti Financial Crime (AFC) expert with proven experience in learning and development to impact our Anti Financial Crime team. Has leading teams to success has always been your goal and is your main driver? In this role, you will be entrusted to positively impact the development of our AFC and AML teams through your learning and development programs. You will play an instrumental role in our continuous mission to better serve our customers, by designing and creating impactful learning and training experiences.

In your next challenge, you will:
  • Create, review and improve training materials with changing regulations, company procedures/policies, as well as relevant technology implementations.
  • Organize, develop and provide training programs, refresher training sessions and written guidelines based on needs and data coming from different stakeholders.
  • Execution of on boarding training for new joiners and existing employees in the team and stakeholders.
  • Coach, monitor and evaluate trainings' outcome and trainees' performance in order to ensure trainees competence development.
  • Collaborate with AFC Op leads on identifying needs for refresher training sessions.
What you'll need to be successful

Background:

  • 2-3 years of working experience in Anti Financial Crime, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Investigations or related area, (Essential)
  • 1 - 3 years of previous experience work experience as a trainer (Highly preferred)
  • Previous experience creating training (Highly preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Organized, ability to work on own initiative and in team, reliable.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and hands on attitude.
  • English needed, all other languages are a plus
  • Ability to deliver on time
  • Ability to work on confidential matters with a high degree of professionalism
